Cooperation
Since 2024, the OIF has been collaborating with the Bertelsmann Stiftung on the ‘Early Childhood Education’ programme. The focus is on further developing the previously implemented Country Monitoring of Early Childhood Education Systems, the provision of nurseries and childcare (Kitas) in Germany, and the Skilled Workforce Radar for Kitas and primary schools—particularly at regional level. The OIF’s core tasks are to develop robust data to steer transformation processes and to provide expert advice to the Bertelsmann Stiftung on the design of the project.
