More support for families from the very beginning: With the introduction of psychosocial parental counseling, the Austrian Parent-Child Pass Program has been expanded to include a new service that supports expectant parents and families during their child’s first year of life with questions, challenges, and important decisions. The Austrian Institute for Family Research (ÖIF) provided scientific support for the introduction of this new counseling service as part of a pilot project, which was presented at a press conference with Federal Minister Claudia Bauer.
