On November 4, 2025, the "Companies for Families" platform celebrated ten years of commitment to family-friendly working environments. To mark the occasion, a partner day was held to discuss challenges and solutions for balancing family and career. In his keynote speech, Wolfgang Mazal, director of the OIF, called for a shift in thinking towards a family-conscious work culture in which gainful employment and family work are seen as equally important.
